Wanda Darnell Savage was born in Kennett, Missouri, on August 1, 1945. She was the daughter of James Strickland and Mackie Hinton Love.
She departed this life on June 6, 2024, in Memphis, Tennessee. She was 78 years old.
Wanda graduated from Caruthersville High School. She then went to school and became a LPN.
Wanda enjoyed reading, especially mysteries. She also enjoyed shopping whether it was via the television or in an actual store.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
She is survived by her daughter - Denise Douglas of Memphis, Tennessee, and other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband - Glen Gulde.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, June 10, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in Maple Cemetery in Caruthersville, Missouri.
