Tommy Lee Woods was born January 6, 1948 in Caruthersville, Missouri. He was the son of Levi Woods and Margie Downing Woods.
He departed this life in Cape Girardeau, Missouri on March 7, 2021. He was 73 years old.
Woody graduated from Caruthersville High School with the class of 1965.
He served his country in the United States Navy. He loved to say that he was a "prisoner of America" during his service.
Woody's beautiful blue eyes were a trait that he passed on to his kids.
Survived by - 4 children - James Nathan Guest
1 sister - Pattie Grable and her husband, Don
2 nieces - Sara Avis and Rebecca Turnage
11 – grandchildren - Skylor Woods, Keith Cumpton, Drew Beth Cumpton, Ella Johnson, Ace Johnson, Eliza Johnson, Rylee Anderson, Levi Anderson, Lillian Anderson, Morgan Guest, Natalie Guest
4 great grandchildren - Auniya Woods, Norah Woods, Xavier Self, Harper Self

He was preceded in death by his parents - Levi and Margie Woods, and a grandchild - Ann Elise Johnson.
Funeral services March 10 at 1:30 p.m. in H.S. Smith Chapel Interment in Maple Cemetery
