Shelby Lee Obituary
Shelby Jean Lee was born November 27, 1942, in Caruthersville, Missouri. She was the daughter of Gene Harwell & Vera Dinnell Harwell.
She departed this life in Dyersburg, Tennessee, on August 26, 2021. She was 78 years old.
Shelby worked for many years at Brown Shoe Company and then at Heckathorn.
On June 5, 1965, she was united in marriage to Herbert (Buddy) Lee. He preceded her in death.
Shelby was a lady that enjoyed her family. She loved singing to them and to be sung to by them. She enjoyed looking at Facebook to keep up with what was going on and also to be able to attend church virtually. She also loved watching reality TV shows.
Survived by:
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a sister - Donna Harwell.
Graveside services were held on August 30, 2021, in Little Prairie Cemetery in Caruthersville, Missouri, with Rev. Kenny Lee officiating.
H. S. Smith Funeral Home in charge of services.
