Rosemary Barnett was born in St. Louis, Missouri, on December 13, 1962. She was the daughter of J. D. Henson and Virginia Sanders Henson.
She departed this life in Hayti, Missouri, on June 4, 2024. She was 61 years old.
Rosemary was united in marriage to James Edward Barnett, Sr., at Jesus Name Tabernacle on September 13, 1987. They celebrated 36 years of marriage.
Rosemary enjoyed going to auctions. She was known for making quick calls to her kids and grandchildren just checking on them. She loved her dogs but also loved elephants. Her family and her church were the most important things to her.
She was a member of Jesus Name Tabernacle.
She is survived by her husband: James Barnett; three daughters: Jamie Quick (Matthew), Victoria Lulinski (Robb), & Courtney Sanchez (Hugo); one son: J. J. Barnett; two brothers: Stephen & David Henson; four sisters: Elizabeth Christian, Patricia Brown, Brenda Gibson, & Janet Henson; six grandchildren: Elijah Lulinski, Tyler Quick, Joshua Quick, Raelyn Lulinski, Ivan Sanchez, & Lilee Quick; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 10, 2024, at Jesus Name Tabernacle at 1:00 p.m. with interment to follow in Maple Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m.
