Preston William Shelby, Sr. was born January 13, 1975, in Pontiac, Michigan. He was the son of Bill Shelby and Barbara Cagle Shelby.
He departed this life on February 7, 2021, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He was 46 years old.
Preston graduated from Caruthersville High School and then attended Cotton Boll Voc-Tech.
On November 28, 2020 in Caruth, Missouri he was united in marriage to Lorie Bice.
Preston was a family man. He enjoyed cooking for all the family. He was always willing to help any of his family or friends. He enjoyed outdoor activities especially fishing. Any time you went to his house, you would find "Little Girl", his dog, close by.
Survived by - his mother - Barbara Shelby - Caruthersville, Missouri
His wife - Lorie Shelby - Wardell, Missouri
3 children - Preston Shelby, Jr. - Kennett, Missouri
1 brother - Billy Wayne Riddle
2 sisters - Rena Kelley and her husband, Chris
3 grandchildren - Braylen Medley, Eva Medley, Wesley Posey
He was very loved by other relatives including his brother-in-law and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father - Bill Shelby
Funeral services will be Friday (2-12-2022) in the H.S Smith Funeral Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with interment to follow in Maple Cemetery in Caruthersville, Missouri.
He departed this life on February 7, 2021, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He was 46 years old.
