Porter Malone, Jr.

Porter Malone, Jr. was born on April 9, 1949, in Doddsville, Mississippi. He was the son of Porter Malone, Sr. and Mary Jackson Malone. He received his homecoming call on March 3, 2024.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife: Rozella Ricks Malone; his daughter: Linda Spain; three sisters: Georgia Mae Rodgers, Joyce Ann Malone & Shirley Malone; three brothers: Will (his twin brother), Nathaniel & E.C. Malone; two sisters-in-law: Alda Mae Harris & Laura Gray and her husband, David; and a brother-in-law: Willie Ricks.

Also, a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and lots of friends.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 1:00 pm in the H.S. Smith Funeral Chapel in Caruthersville, Missouri, with Dennie Craion officiating. Interment to follow in Morgan Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 12:00 pm. 

H.S. Smith Funeral Home in charge of services.
