Oscar "Tommy" Lynn Crowe

Oscar Lynn (Tommy) Crowe was born in Braggadocio, Missouri, on January 24, 1935.  He was the son of Oscar Rueben Crowe and Ada Mae Tettaton Crowe. 

He departed this life on February 7, 2025, in Caruthersville, Missouri.  He was 90 years old.

Tommy Lynn was married to Lavada Dunavant and they were the parents of two children.

Tommy enjoyed farming, and the outdoors.  He was also a licensed pilot and spent lots of his free time flying. 

He was a very faithful member of Braggadocio Baptist Church.

Survived by his son: Bryan Lynn Crowe of Long Beach, Mississippi; his daughter: Lori Crowe Deen of Long Beach, Mississippi; two nieces: Lynda Jo Davis and Laura Lee Long; three grandchildren: Jared Deen (Shelby Cooley), Jacob Deen, and Avery Crowe; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.

Funeral services will be Monday, February 10, at 1:00 p.m. at Braggadocio Baptist Church with Brother John Henson officiating.  Interment will follow in Pemiscot Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. at the church.
