Mary Treece Obituary

Mary DeLois Treece was born March 13, 1942 in Pompano Beach, Florida. She was the daughter of the late Homer Jerrolds and Nancy Elizabeth McFalls Jerrolds.

She departed this life in Caruthersville, Missouri on August 19, 2018. She was 76 years old.

DeLois was a member of the graduating class of 1961 at Ross High School in Wardell.

On April 6, 1962 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri she was united in marriage to Danny Treece. They celebrated 56 years of marriage.

She was employed as a bookkeeper for many years at Stewart Oil and Dalton Petroleum.

DeLois was known for her cooking. She loved cooking for her family. She also enjoyed Cardinal baseball and traveling.

She was a member of the First Christian Church.

Survived by - her husband - Danny Treece - Caruthersville, Missouri

2 sons - Scott Treece (Teresa) - Newbern, Tennessee

1 daughter - Beth Warmath (Joe) - Dyersburg, Tennessee

7 grandchildren - Danielle Treece, Joshua Treece, Jessica Treece, Lindsey Treece, Madeline Treece, Gavin Warmath, Jackson Warmath

1 great granddaughter - Kayci Rae Treece

1 brother - Ira Jerrolds

3 sisters - Irene Kasper, Lou Ferrell, Dorothy Robbins

Many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 8 siblings - Louise Parker, Bomer Jerrolds, Mackie Polkowsi, Jackie Anderson, J.B. Jerrolds, Hobert Jerrolds, Little Junior Jerrolds and baby Jerrolds, and 2 grandsons - Ronald Lynn Price, Jr, and Benjamin Treece.

Funeral services were held August 21, at 1:00 p.m. in the H.S. Smith Chapel with Rev. Jon Haywood officiating. Interment in Maple Cemetery.

Pall bearers: Scott Treece, Joshua Treece, Brad Treece, Gavin Warmath, Joe Warmath, Jackson Warmeth
