Malik Eric Deshaun Jones

Malik Eric Deshaun Jones, also known as "Buck/Lik", departed this life unexpectedly on Monday, January 1, 2024. Malik was born at Twin Rivers Medical Center on June 12, 2003, to Dee Williams of Homestown, Missouri, and Eric Jones of Blytheville, Arkansas.

Malik attended and graduated from Caruthersville High School in the year 2021. Malik enjoyed spending time with his friends and family and making everyone laugh.

Malik was a fun and caring person but make no mistake about it, if he had something on his mind, he would say it with laughter and full of love. 

Malik was preceded in death by his grandparents - Amie Edmond and Lucy Smith-Williams.

Malik leaves to cherish his loving memories, his parents: Dee Williams and Eric Jones. He will be missed by his two sisters: Makaylah Jones and Micah Parrott; and his five brothers: Malachi Parrott, Percy Wright, David Wright, Dorian Wright, and Darius Wright; his loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends will also miss him. Especially his special friends: Billy Cobb, Brandon Fonda, Tyreese Alston, and Tyrone Alston.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 12:00 pm at New Life Deliverance Temple, located at 4025 S Ward Avenue, in Caruthersville, Missouri. Interment to follow in Maple Cemetery.
