Malcolm P. Isbell was born in Tennessee on February 11, 1933. He was the son of Albert Isbell and Opal B. Green Fuhrman. He was also blessed with a stepfather that loved him dearly, Merle Fuhrman.
He departed this life on September 7, 2024, in Caruthersville, Missouri. He was 91 years old.
Malcolm enjoyed going for walks, fishing, and drawing. He also loved old westerns on TV, especially Gunsmoke. Other favorites to watch on TV were wrestling and roller derby.
He had a passion for birds and because of this his family had gotten him a cuckoo clock that he loved listening to.
He is survived by many relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his stepfather, two brothers - Albert Isbell, Jr. & Jerry Isbell, two nieces, and three nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. in the H.S. Smith Funeral Chapel. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m.
