Linda McIntosh Obituary
Linda Carol McIntosh was born in Caruthersville, Missouri, on April 14, 1945.
She departed this life at Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, Arkansas, on December 20, 2021, at the age of 76. She was the daughter of the late Herman John Rickett & Ina L. Casteel Rickett.
Linda attended the Caruthersville Schools and later, Beauty School.
Linda was a beautician and also attended the First Assembly of God in West Memphis, Arkansas, and loved the Lord. Her hobbies and interests included music, dancing and cooking, especially holiday meals.
Linda was a very outgoing person, never meeting a stranger. She was also a very giving person and selfless.
She is survived by three children: Angela Petrakis & her husband, Peter, of Baton Rouge, Louisianna, Eric McIntosh of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and Beth Edings & her husband, Jerry, of Lepanto, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; a number of other relatives; and many, many friends.
Linda was preceded in death by two brothers: Charlie & Danny Rickett; and one sister: Geraldine Stevens.
Funeral services were held December 28th, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. in the H.S. Smith Chapel with Jackie Harrell officiating. Interment in Maple Cemetery in Caruthersville, Missouri.
