LeVonne Loman Obituary

Levonne Hamilton-Loman was born on November 22, 1953, to the late Booker T. Hamilton and Bobbie May Peoples. 

Levonne departed this life on March 3, 2026, at Pemiscot Memorial Hospital in Hayti, MO. 

She attended Caruthersville Public School. Levonne was employed at multiple places such as Brown Shoe Factory, Tipton Box Factory for over 20 years. Then she retired from Mid-South Home Health. 

Levonne leaves behind to cherish her memories to her children; one daughter: Debra Hamilton;  daughter-in-law: Lawanda-Perry-Hamilton; two sons: Dundi Hamilton and Lonnie (Fallon) Hamilton; fiancé: James Hill; 36 grandchildren; over 50 great-grandchildren; a host of great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and cousins; one sister: Cora Williams; one brother: Arthanal Hunter; and special friends: Betty Sue and Joyce Houston.

She is preceded in death by her late husband - Eugene Loman, of 30 years, her daughters - Liticia Michelle Hamilton and Carolyn Sue (Reginald) Williams, two sisters - Chesterlon Ann Williams and Mary Jackson, three granddaughters - Lonnisha Hamilton, Duniqua Hamilton, and Caroletta Hamilton, and one great-granddaughter - Jariya Manns.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at St. James Word of Faith Church in Hayti, Missouri, with Pastor Noble Nelson officiating. Interment to follow in Morgan Ridge Cemetery.
