Laura Ann Blair was born June 29, 1960, in Hayti, Missouri. She was the daughter of James Blair and Shirley Wells Blair.
She departed this life at Steele, Missouri, on July 28, 2024. She was 64 years old.
Laura was a lady that enjoyed life. She enjoyed cooking and her specialty was fried potatoes and biscuits. Another pleasure she enjoyed was her coffee and cigarettes. Everyone knew that Laura was always willing to help if she saw someone in need of something.
She is survived by seven children: Barbara Hernandez and her husband, Celestino, Frank Parry IV, Jimmy Parry, Juanita Parry, Bonnie Parry, Johnny Parry and his wife, Danielle, Angel Parry and her husband, Telly Griffin; two sisters: Shiree Morgan and Elizabeth Heathcock; five brothers: James Blair, Billy Blair, Clint Blair, Bobby Blair, and Terry Blair; 19 grandchildren: Manuel Rodriquez, Daniela Parry, Jose Jimenez, Frank Parry V, Brenda Parry, Jacob Parry, Christopher Parry, Jonathan Parry, Laura Parry, Austin Parry, Jessie Rue, Trenton Parry, Aeriona Parry, Landon Parry, Jaxon Parry, Kristen Hatley, Dennis Hatley III, Kaitlyn Hatley, and Trey Hatley; several great grandchildren including: Damoni Bryant and Marceline Pathkiller; and other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents - James and Shirley, a sister - Tammy, and a grandchild - Armondo Rodriquez.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. in the H.S. Smith Chapel with Reverend Kenny Lee officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m.
