Ann Kathleen "Kathy" Kelly was born in Memphis, Tennessee, on January 23, 1948. She was the daughter of Jack Hopke and Mary Frances Sawyer Hopke.
She departed this life in Jackson, Tennessee, on October 15, 2024. She was 76 years old.
Kathy graduated from Caruthersville High School and then went on to receive her teaching degree from Southeast Missouri State University.
Kathy had a lot of artistic talent. She enjoyed doing all types of painting. She also played the piano.
She was a member of the Eastwood Memorial United Methodist Church.
She is survived by one son: Damon Kelly; one sister: Linda Winkler; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband – Jack Kelly.
Funeral services will be Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Eastwood Memorial United Methodist Church with Pastor Carl Knapp officiating. Interment to follow in Little Prairie Cemetery.
