Was born in Hayti, Missouri on August 24, 1942.
Departed this life on April 20, 2019 at Pemiscot Memorial Health Systems in Hayti at the age of 76.
She was the daughter of the late Buddy I. LaVelle & Pauline Powells LaVelle.
Attended the Caruthersville Schools, graduating in the High School Class of 1960.
On May 25, 1962 in Caruthersville she was united in marriage to Dustin Wayne Burch.
She was employed by the Brown Shoe Company and the Colson/Darling Co. for many years prior to her retirement.
Judy was a member of the Sacred Heart Church of Caruthersville.

3 Children - Keally Burch - Caruthersville, Missouri
Shane Burch - Caruthersville, Missouri
Brian Burch – Caruthersville, Missoouri
4 Grandchildren - Nicholas Burch - Orlando, Florida
Nathan Gilmore - Dyersburg, Tennessee
Dylan Burch – Sikeston, Missouri
Brenndan Burch - Sikeston, Missouri
2 Great Grandchildren - Kinsley Burch – Orlando, Florida
Luke Gilmore - Dyersburg, Tennessee
1 Sister – Sherry Viar & her husband Ralph of Caruthersville.
& A number of other relatives and many friends.
A Memorial Mass was held on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at 8:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Caruthersville with Father Dominic Iboc officiating.
A Celebration of Life was also held on Sunday from 11:00 to 3:00 with family and friends.
H.S. Smith Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
