James Grady (Jamie) Stricklin was born December 30, 1975, in Hayti, Missouri. He was the son of James Stricklin and Diane Meyer Stricklin.
He departed this life in Cape Girardeau, Missouri on April 9, 2021. He was 45 years old.
Jamie was a graduate of Caruthersville High School.
On December 13, 2002 in Dyersburg, Tennessee, he was united in marriage to Amy Alexander.
Jamie loved life. He enjoyed spending lots of time with his family and friends. He loved fishing and hunting especially deer. He enjoyed watching hunting shows on television and also NASCAR racing. If one of his kids had a sports practice or game, you would find him there.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents - Freda and Bud Stricklin, and Madge and McCoy Meyer, and his mother - Diane Stricklin
Graveside services will be held Sunday, 4-18-2022 at 3:00 p.m. at Maple Cemetery in Caruthersville, Missouri.
The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorials be given to Healthy Heart Scholarship Fund at Caruthersville High School.
