Glenn Avery (Butch) Bivins was born March 21, 1951, in Dunklin, Missouri. He was the son of James Glenn Bivins and Neoma Nolan Bivins.
He departed this life at his home in Marion, Arkansas on August 28, 2021. He was 70 years old.
Glenn was a graduate of Caruthersville High School. He worked as an Engineer for the Army Corps of Engineers for 30 plus years.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Glenn is survived by one son: Michael Sean Bivins (Sabrina); one daughter: Stacey Lynn Bivins (David Scheving); three grandchildren: Sean Bivins, Tabitha Bivins, & Thomas Morris (Madison); and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and by the love of his life - Betty Ann Wallen Bivins Wheeler.
