Gladys Marie Treece

Gladys Marie Treece was born September 24, 1933 in Caruthersville, Missouri. She was the daughter of the late Odell H. Watt and Ethel Alma Edney Watt.

She departed this life at the Methodist Central Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee on March 21, 2018. She was 84 years old.

Gladys was united in marriage to Mr. Billy Jack Treece on October 29, 1954 at the First Baptist Church in Caruthersville, Missouri. He preceded her in death.

She was a member of the Eastwood Memorial United Methodist Church.

Survived by - 4 sons - Jack Alan Treece, Stephen Curt Treece, Stanley Treece and Clinton Dale Treece.

3 sisters - Margaret Sides, Peggy McCoy, Nancy Highley

2 Grandchildren - 3 Great Grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents - Odell and Ethel Watt, her husband - Billy Jack Treece and a brother - Robert Watt.

Graveside services were held March 22, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at Maple Cemetery in Caruthersville, MO. H.S. Smith Funeral Home in charge of services.
