Francetta Ann Lacey was born May 10, 1966, in St. Louis, Missouri. She was the daughter of Buddy Gene Blagg and Roberta Fay Myers Bolan.
She departed this life at her home in Hayti, Missouri on November 16, 2020. She was 54 years old.
She loved being outdoors and enjoying nature. That is why she enjoyed camping so much. She also loved art everything from making jewelry to coloring and drawing. She enjoyed listening to music.
Her greatest pleasure was spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
Survived by - her mother Roberta Bolan - Steele, MO
4 children - David Lacey - Caruthersville, MO
2 sisters - Angela Juarez - Steele, MO
2 brothers - Terry Blagg - Braggadocio, MO
8 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by a brother - Frederick Gene Blagg
Funeral services were held November 20, 2020, with Brother John Earl Dunavant officiating. Interment in Little Prairie Cemetery.
H. S. Smith Funeral Home in charge of services.
