Ester Jones Obituary
Ester Lee (Susie) Jones was born in Steele, Missouri, on January 9, 1957. She was the daughter of Eugene Preston Jones and Minnie Richardson Jones.
She departed this life in Steele, Missouri on August 22, 2021. She was 64 years old.
Ester loved listening and singing along to music. The Stylistics were her favorites. She also enjoyed watching T.V. and loved having a soda each day as she enjoyed her music and T.V.
She was very much a family person loving each one of them.
She attended the Church of God before her health wouldn't allow it.
She is survived by three sisters: Ann Morgan of Steele, Missouri, Brenda Riley of Monroe, North Carolina, & Donna Thomas of Steele, Missouri; a special niece and nephew: Angie Crocker of Steele, Missouri, & Easter Morgan of Steele, Missouri; and other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, and one sister.
Graveside services were held at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele, Missouri, on August 24, 2021, at 10:00 a.m.
H.S. Smith Funeral Home in charge of services.
