Erica Nicole Ferrell was born April 26, 1985, in Hayti, Missouri. She was the daughter of Lisa Hyman and Tommy Moore.
She departed this life in Caruthersville, Missouri on February 19, 2022. She was 36 years old.
Erica was a 2013 honor graduate from Caruthersville High School.
She loved country music. If Erica was eating a meal, you could be sure that mayonnaise was involved. She would eat it on just about anything. Double bubble gum, pork rinds and drinking coffee were also some of her favorites. She also loved camouflage.
Erica loved children, but Chloe (Coco) Green was her favorite.
Sometimes you would hear Erica called by her nickname "Wally". She loved this because it was given to her by her grandmother.
She is survived by her mother: Lisa Hyman; two sisters: Kristen & Chastity Davis; her grandmother: Virginia Dowler; stepmother: Brenda Moore; two stepbrothers: T.J. & Casey Moore; other relatives including aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her father: Tommy Moore, and her great grandparents: Cecil & Hazel Moody.
Funeral services held February 22, 2022, with Rev. Kenny Lee officiating in the H.S. Smith Chapel. Interment in Maple Cemetery.
