Douglas Keith Scott

Douglas Keith Scott was born February 3, 1958, in St. Louis, Missouri. He was the son of Boswell Harold Scott, Sr., and Mary Jane Hamby Scott.

He departed this life in Memphis, Tennessee, on February 25, 2024. He was 66 years old.

Keith grew up as a military kid. He lived all over the world but then settled in Memphis, Tennessee. He attended the University of Memphis. He worked for the United States Postal Service for several years.

Keith loved Elvis. His favorite song was "Jailhouse Rock." He was also a member of NAMI.

He is survived by a wonderful family friend - Dee Karcher of Memphis, Tennessee, and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother - Boswell Harold Scott, Jr.

Graveside services were held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at Little Prairie Cemetery in Caruthersville, Missouri.
