Deighton Smith Obituary
Deighton Kenady Smith was born September 24, 2021, in Dyersburg, Tennessee. He was the beloved son of Christopher Smith and Hailey Wilson. Deighton departed this life on January 10, 2022, in Caruthersville, Missouri.
Deighton was only three months old but he was a very loved little boy. Deighton had the widest, prettiest smile and the deepest dimple that would light up anyone's day. His laughter was contagious.
He is survived by his parents: Chris Smith & Hailey Wilson; his sister: Avah Elaine Wilson; grandparents: Bridget McCaig & Duane Storey; grandmother: Janet Smith; grandfather: Jason Wilson and his wife, Amy; grandfather: Lavan Johnson; great grandparents: Bobby & Debbie McCaig; great grandmother: Donna Wilson; great grandmother: Sadia; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his great grandfather, Jim Wilson, and great grandmother, Callie Johnson.
Funeral services were held January 14th, 2022, with Pastor James Mosley, Jr. officiating. Interment in Maple Cemetery in Caruthersville, Missouri.
