Carolyn Sue Williams was born August 21, 1967, to Will Malone and Levonne Loman.
She attended Caruthersville Public School where she received her CNA license and diploma, graduating with the class of 85'. She furthered her education and became an LPN.
Carolyn loved to spend her free time playing cards and being around her family. Carolyn was employed multiple places all through the years. She spent 15 of those years working at Pemiscot Memorial Health Systems.
She was preceded in death by her husband – Reginald "Ric" Williams of 24 years (together for 44 years), her daughter – Carolletta Hamilton, her sister – Liticia Hamilton, and her two brothers – Reggie Malone & Calvin Veneable, her aunt – Chesterlon William, and mother-in-law – Geraldine Williams.
Carolyn departed this life on April 4th, 2025, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. AR.
Carolyn leaves behind to cherish her memory, one son: Anthony Hamilton; three daughters: Keyesha Hamilton, Nikita Hamilton, and Regina Hamilton, all of Caruthersville, MO; seven grandchildren: Kevin Smith, Vincent Young, Ta riah Smith, Vindashia Young, Logan Hamilton, Andreanisha Alexander, and Delshain Alexander, all of Caruthersville, MO; six sisters: Debra Hamilton of Hayti, MO, Michelle (Jordan) Sims of Byram, MS, Katrina Veneable of Waterloo, IA, Tina (Johnny) Webster of Tehula, MS, Felicia (Michael) War of Memphis, TN, and Monique Thomas of Memphis, TN; three sister-in-laws: Lawanda Hamilton and Freda (Raymond) Kershaw of Caruthersville, MO, and Eunice (Charles) Agnew of Anderson, IN; seven brothers: Lonnie Hamilton and Dundi Hamilton of Caruthersville, MO, Willie Kimble, Mark (Tiffany) Malone, Franki Moore, Chris (Erica) Malone, and Veshone Malone of Tohula, MS; three brother-in-laws: Jamie (Carrie) Anderson of Caruthersville, MO, Leo Williams of Anderson, IN, and Christopher (Abalene) Wilburn of Virginia; three living aunts: Cora Williams, Shirely (Bear) Malone, and Joyce Ann Malone; one living uncle: EC (Mattie) Malone; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; and special friends: Bonita Mullins, Vickie Steveson, and Angelia Foreman Johnson.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the H.S. Smith Funeral Chapel. Interment to follow in Morgan Ridge Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m.
