Bonnie Mitchum Obituary
Bonnie Jean Mitchum was born March 22, 1927 in Patterson, Arkansas to the late Virgil Parker and Florence Mae Ferrell Parker.
She departed this life on July 28, 2018 at the Southgate Living Center in Caruthersville, Missouri. She was 91 years old.
In 1952 she was united in marriage to the late John T. Mitchum.
Bonnie and John were able to do a lot of traveling which they enjoyed. Bonnie also enjoyed gardening and then canning the produce from it. She loved being with her family and also taking lots of pictures during those times. Another hobby of hers was quilting.
Survived by - her son - Rodney Fisher (Sally)
3 step children - Sue Bennett, Louise Phillips, John T. Mitchum, Jr.
4 grandchildren - Jennifer Middleton, Chris Fisher, Eric Fisher, Emily Trowbridge
Several great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son - Mike Fisher and one step son - Danny Mitchum.
Graveside services were held at Maple Cemetery with Rev. Ricky Lyle officiating on July 30, 2018.
The family request that memorials be given to the Caruthersville Humane Society.
